POPE
POPE real name Michael Egube was born in Benin City and is a Nigerian bred Rapper and spent most of his early years at oil-rich Warri before moving to Lagos.
He started playing the piano way back in Primary school and later added the drums and bass guitar to his arsenal.
By 2006, Pope had become a respected name on the underground hip-hop scene in Nigeria, where he cut his teeth on numerous underground mixtapes while honing his signature melody-driven rap sound, eventually getting the attention of his current signee Cackland Music.
